The game takes place in a fictional state inspired by Florida, with a large coastal metropolis at the heart of the action. The vibe: neon, beaches, swamps, contrasts between flashy luxury and deep backcountry. The return of an iconic city of the series in modernised form is central to the official communication.

Size: what to reasonably expect

Every instalment increases playable area and above all density. Analyses of the revealed footage suggest:

• a sprawling metropolis, more vertical and denser than before;
• vast natural areas — swamps, beaches, deep countryside;
• an exploitable coastline, with a big role for boating.

The real expected revolution isn't raw size but interaction density: accessible interiors, believable NPCs, dynamic events.

The areas the community talks about

Without official confirmation, several kinds of zones keep coming up: the Keys and their archipelagos, the swampy backcountry, race tracks and airfields, and highly themed districts. We will cover each one as soon as anything concrete emerges.
